What’s the quickest way to make crab soup from scratch? Baked crab is the solution.

To me, cooked crab meat is delicious and straightforward, with its bright orange color, pronounced aroma, and natural sweetness.

  • You can bake crabs in two ways. I prefer to use a wok in cooking Chinese style.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 blue crabs

Instructions

  1. Place the crab in a wok and rinse them with cold water. Cover the wok with its lid after adding the water.
  2. Cook the crab for 8 minutes on high heat in a wok or until they are done. Rotate the crab and then cover the dish to bake for another two minutes every two minutes. As soon as the shells turn brilliant orange, the crabs are done cooking. Cook for a few more minutes with a little more water, if necessary.
