Banana Jam Recipe

It was only recently that I found Banana Jam, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is! I had never considered using overripe bananas to make jam until today, as most jams are produced with berries, such as strawberry jam. Which I had never considered using overripe bananas.

I’ve experimented with various types of banana bread, including soft and fluffy banana cake, banana pancakes, fried bananas, banana crumb muffins, and so much more.

Today I’m going to share a recipe for banana jam that is both simple and tasty. I modified the recipe from Food52, but I added my own twist.

The finished product is extremely excellent, and it goes particularly well on morning toast.
