1. Begin the Korean Dumpling Soup recipe by boiling the chicken or vegetable broth in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Once the broth is boiling, add the dumplings to the pot. If using frozen dumplings, cook according to package instructions. If using homemade dumplings, cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.

3. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochugaru to the pot. Stir gently to combine.

4. Now add sliced mushrooms, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions to it and cook until it gets tender. 

5. Let the soup simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. Now add salt and pepper according to your taste. 

6. Once the dumplings are cooked through and the soup is seasoned to your liking, remove the pot from the heat.

7. Serve the Korean Dumpling Soup hot in individual bowls, garnished with coriander leaves.
