Ingredients
- 100 g
soured cream

2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 g
Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- 2 tbsp.
freshly chopped chives
- 200 g
cooked and peeled king prawns, roughly chopped

12 baguette slices
- 1/2 tsp.
paprika or cayenne pepper
Directions

- Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. In a bowl, mix the soured cream, mayonnaise, garlic, 1/2 the Cheddar and most of the chives. Season well, then stir in the prawns to coat.
- Step 2Arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray. Spoon on the prawn mixture, then sprinkle over the remaining cheese and a little paprika or cayenne.
- Step 3Cook in the oven for 8-10min, or until golden and the cheese is bubbling. Scatter over remaining chives and serve.
