Raw Vegan Hummus from Raw Chef Jane’s Cookbook
1 Cup of dried chickpeas, soaked and sprouted
1/2 Cup Raw Tahini
1/4 Cup EVOO
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 TBS Cumin
Garlic, as you like or omit
Freshly Ground Pepper (I prefer a 5 peppercorn blend)

Put all ingredients into your food processor and process until well
incorporated.
You can put some re-hydrated sundried tomatoes in your hummus, or perhaps a
red bell pepper — be creative !!!
