Raw Chef Jane with a Hummus Recipe that will Bring you Joy this Spring

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Raw Chef Jane joins Living East Tennessee to share an easy hummus recipe that you can make all your own and uniquely tailor to you!

Raw Vegan Hummus from Raw Chef Jane’s Cookbook

1 Cup of dried chickpeas, soaked and sprouted
1/2 Cup Raw Tahini
1/4 Cup EVOO
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 TBS Cumin
Garlic, as you like or omit
Freshly Ground Pepper (I prefer a 5 peppercorn blend)

Put all ingredients into your food processor and process until well

You can put some re-hydrated sundried tomatoes in your hummus, or perhaps a
red bell pepper — be creative !!!
