Muthia is a traditional Indian street food snack, and this vegan muthia also makes a great starter or side dish for a fiery Valentine’s Day meal.

How to cook muthia

Muthia is named after its ‘fist-shaped’ appearance, as it is traditionally pressed between two fists to create its iconic shape. However, slicing rounds from a sausage of dough creates a similar effect, and keeps your hands cleaner.
