Valerie Bertinelli Just Shared a Sneak Peek of Her New Cookbook, and We’re Running to Preorder

There’s so many anticipated cookbooks and memoirs (hey, Ina!) set to be on shelves in 2024, and Valerie Bertinelli’s next release is a prime example of both. Her new book, Indulge, will include a collection of 100 recipes as well as personal essays. 

“I wrote Indulge in this last year or so of healing, while looking for and finding my true self,” Bertinelli writes in the caption of her . 

Set to be released on April 2, Bertinelli’s cookbook is now . This will be the actor and author’s third cookbook release, but to her, the vulnerability makes all the difference.

“Yes, it’s a cookbook, but it’s so much more,” she says in the video. “I have essays in here about finding my joy—maybe I can help you find your joy—being intentional about it, and there’s some really great recipes in here, too.”

As she flips through the book, we can’t help but notice the delicious recipes featured on nearly every page. From Blistered Green Beans and Elote Salad to Chicken Chili with Poblanos and Corn and Tuna Salad Sandwiches, we’re rushing to preorder a copy. Her website previews even more dishes. Think: Sausage and Olive Cheese Bites, Spaghetti al Limone, Salmon Burgers With Quick-Pickled Vegetables, Chocolate Peanut Butter Dates… I mean, is your mouth watering yet?
