The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute shares a recipe with us each week on Daytime Buffalo.

Here’s how to make this week’s recipe, Reuben Rolls.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 sandwich wraps, 10-inch
  • 1lb deli corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1lb Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1 can sauerkraut

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. On each wrap, spread a thin layer of thousand island dressing. Layer with sauerkraut, corned beef, and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Roll up the wrap burrito- style. Repeat with other wraps.

3. Spray a cake pan or a springform pan with pan spray or line with parchment paper.

4. Cut each wrap into 3-inch pieces, and lay cut-side down against each other so none of the rolls come apart.

5. Sprinkle extra cheese over top, and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

6. Let cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate or release the springform frame from the bottom of the pan.

7. Serve with more thousand island dressing for dipping!
