INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

DOUGH:

  • 3 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup of warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

TOPPINGS:

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spread 2 teaspoons of olive oil into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish and set it aside.
  2. Beat the dough ingredients at high speed for 60 seconds using an electric mixer to combine them. The sticky batter should be scooped into the prepared pan, covered, and allowed to rise for 60 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Wait for the dough to rise. Use your index finger to poke holes all over the dough gently.
  5. Sprinkle it with salt, minced garlic, rosemary, and oregano, then drizzle it with olive oil.
  6. To bake the bread, place it in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes.
  7. After removing it from the oven, let it cool for five minutes before removing it from the pan and slicing it up. Serve hot or cold, according to preference.
