Grant’s Frosting Recipe

1¼ C. Crisco shortening

2 lbs. powdered sugar

¾ C. powdered milk

½ C. water

1 tsp. almond flavoring

2 tsp. clear vanilla

Dissolve powdered milk in water. (It works best if the water is heated then cooled.)

Mix in the rest of ingredients for at least 20 minutes. This frosting stores well in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
