RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – We’re enjoying a nice breakfast in this week’s episode of KOLO Cooks. Reno Recipes’ chefs Jonathan Chapin and Daryl Butterfield stopped by Morning Break to make a sausage, egg and cheese medley with tomato butter.

Ingredients:
- 5 Yukon gold potatoes (diced)
- 4 sausage links (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)
- 1 pepper (diced)
- 6 eggs (scrambled)
- 1/3 stick cream cheese
- 3 slices Havarti cheese
- Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Mama Ray’s Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- In one pan, cook sausage, onion and potatoes.
- In second pan, scramble eggs and add cheese.
- In third pot, fry tomatoes oil until blistering then blend with butter.
- Plate, season and enjoy!
