(WFSB) – Channel 3 is getting ready for the big football game this Sunday, February 11th on CBS. Here are a few of our favorite recipes to make for a party!

Mini Reuben Bites with Erin Connolly
INGREDIENTS:
- ·1/2lb corned beef (shaved at the deli)
- 1/2lb Swiss cheese (sliced very thin at the deli)
- 16oz sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 loaf of rye bread seedless or party rye if you can find it!
DIRECTIONS:

- Chop the corned beef and Swiss cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Drain the sauerkraut.
- Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut each slice of rye bread into six slices.
- Place rye bread slices on a baking sheet and broil at 500 degrees until toasted.
- Flip the rye bread slices and scoop the Reuben mixture on top of each slice.
- Broil at 500 degrees until melted.
- ENJOY!!!
Sausage Stars with Nicole Nalepa

INGREDIENTS

- 1lb cooked crumbled sausage meat, casings removed (2 cups cooked)
- 1 1⁄2cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2cups Monterey jack cheese
- 1cup hidden valley original ranch salad dressing, prepared from mix
- 1(2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1⁄2cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1(60 count) package wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine drained cooked sausage meat with the cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper
- Lightly oil mini muffin tins and press a wrap in each tine so there are 4 wings sticking out
- Brush with oil bake 5 minutes until golden, remove wraps from pan, place on a baking sheet
- Fill wraps with the sausage, cheese mixture
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly& brown.
Peanut Butter Football Dip with Melissa Cole

INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup butter , softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1 cup peanut butter your choice; crunchy or smooth
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (up to 2 cups if needed)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips for the outside of the football
- White chocolate or frosting for the football laces
DIRECTIONS:
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until mixed. Mix in vanilla.
- Add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, and mix until combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
- Turn out mixture on a large sheet of waxed paper. Use your hands to form into a football shape.
- Place the waxed paper onto your serving plate. Cover in sprinkles or chocolate chips, pressing them into the surface a little so they stick. Pipe on the laces using melted white chocolate or some leftover frosting and chill until ready to serve.
- Serv with pretzels, crackers, cookies, etc.
Homemade Guacamole with Kara Sundlun

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 ripe avocados, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Tabasco or hot sauce to taste
- Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
- Cilantro finely chopped
- Baked corn tortillas or corn chips, to serve
DIRECTIONS:
- Scoop avocado into a bowl. Mash until chunky.
- Finely dice cilantro and add to avocado with, diced garlic, hot sauce and lime juice. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve with baked tortillas or corn chips.
Spicy Chicken Dip with Joe Zone
INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded chicken – store bought or rotisserie
- About 4 oz cream cheese
- Blue cheese dressing
- Hot sauce of choice, or buffalo sauce
- Four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Place shredded chicken to cover the oven-safe dish
- Slice cream cheese into pieces and place on top of chicken, distributing evenly
- Add blue cheese dressing and hot sauce (to taste)
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 350° until cheese layer melts
- Serve with chips, vegetables, etc.
