Manchester school lunch recipe program brings diversity to the table

V ariety may be the spice of life, but today it’s the spices themselves — coriander, cumin, paprika, turmeric, ginger and nutmeg — that have Jim Connors excited.

The first bite of the first dish born of an effort to put culturally diverse meals in Manchester schools has just hit the school food service director’s taste buds.
