Oven-roasted potato wedges are a tasty side dish. Serve alongside roasted chicken, grilled steak, chicken cutlets, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, and more. Once baked, the outside of the potatoes becomes crispy while the inside remains soft. While the batter didn’t stick to the potatoes as much as we’d like, what’s left is delicious. These potato wedges will become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 lg baking potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c buttermilk
- 2 1/2 – 3 c bread crumbs
- 3 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
