  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:

Yield: 10 poppers

  1. Using gloves or extra care, slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and pith of each slice with a spoon until hollow. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Spoon mixture into the peppers, about 1 Tbsp. each.
